I feel like I'm fundamentally unlikable. How do I stop believing this?
I can list what I've done and still feel like I'm getting away with something. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I thought confidence was a feeling I had to wait for. Still waiting. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. If you crawled out of a similar hole, I want the unglamorous version of how.

That belief was handed to you. You didn't arrive here thinking you were unlikable.

Therapy specifically targeting core beliefs — ACT or schema therapy — changed this for me.

If you have a specific practice that helped, I'd love the unglamorous version.

Compliments bounced off until I had even one piece of evidence I respected in myself.

Did you figure that out on your own or with someone helping you?
