I achieve things and still feel worthless. What is wrong with me?
I compare without meaning to. It's like a tab I can't close. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I thought confidence was a feeling I had to wait for. Still waiting. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. What would you tell someone who is tired of trying and still not ready to give up?

Self-esteem built on achievement is conditional self-esteem. It collapses the moment you fail.

Nothing is wrong with you. You were taught to earn your worth. That's the problem.

If you have a specific practice that helped, I'd love the unglamorous version.
