How can I build self-confidence and improve my self-esteem?
I can list what I've done and still feel like I'm getting away with something. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. The evidence I use against myself is always more detailed than the evidence I allow in. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. Curious how other people live with this without turning it into their whole personality.

Self-esteem is where it starts. Without self-esteem, self-confidence has nothing to stand on. Meditate. Take risks. Try new things. Don't be afraid to fail. Forward your resume to the company you've been avoiding.

How long did it take before that started to feel true for you?
