Why do I feel anxious all the time, and how can I stop it?
My alarm goes off and my body is already bracing, like the day started without me. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. Therapy helped me name it. My body didn't get the memo as fast as my vocabulary did. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. If you crawled out of a similar hole, I want the unglamorous version of how.

I used to feel anxious all the time. Being a dreamer with a strong will to achieve everything turned me into an anxious person... I had to learn to separate striving from survival mode.

The 'not weakness' part is what I keep forgetting in the moment.
