What healing techniques are most effective for resolving trauma?
My body votes before I do. Freeze is the vote it casts most often. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I can be kind to other people in this and cruel to myself in the same hour. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. If you crawled out of a similar hole, I want the unglamorous version of how.

Consciously acknowledge that Situation A is not Situation B. Confront something when possible. The journal method — define your values and limits, then act on them — is the real cornerstone of CPTSD healing.

If you have a specific practice that helped, I'd love the unglamorous version.
