How do you heal PTSD triggers without going to therapy?
I still catch myself asking permission to call it trauma, which feels like part of the original wound. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I'm not trying to collect the worst story in the room. I'm trying to understand why my baseline is still braced. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. I don't need a perfect answer. Even a small thing that made the next day easier would help.

Seven steps: acknowledge and name the trauma; don't minimize it; recognize the ongoing impact; seek social support; be mindful of triggers; take care of your body; and practice self-compassion consistently.

I needed this today more than I want to admit.

Going in circles is often the work, not proof that you're failing the work.
