What is the best strategy for boosting self-confidence?
The inner narrator is confident. It's just confident that I'm not enough. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I thought confidence was a feeling I had to wait for. Still waiting. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. I don't need a perfect answer. Even a small thing that made the next day easier would help.

Get up off your chair. Put on your shoes. Go outside. Find something that scares you and overcome that fear. Then rest. Give yourself time to breathe and recover. Then repeat.

How long did it take before that started to feel true for you?
