Is it normal to love someone but not be in love with them anymore?
We can have a decent week and still slam into the same argument like it was waiting for us. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. Friends say 'just communicate.' We communicate. It just doesn't land. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. If you've been here, what actually helped — not what sounded wise, what helped.

Yes. Love is not binary. Liking, caring, and being in love are different things.

If you're the only one reading the books and starting the talks, that's data too.

The 'not weakness' part is what I keep forgetting in the moment.

Sometimes that feeling comes back after life stress lifts. Sometimes it doesn't.

If you have a specific practice that helped, I'd love the unglamorous version.
