How do you know when a relationship is actually over vs. just going through a hard phase?
We can have a decent week and still slam into the same argument like it was waiting for us. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I'm not looking for a villain. I am looking for whether this can actually change. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. What would you tell someone who is tired of trying and still not ready to give up?

When you stop fighting because you no longer care — that's the end. Fighting means you still want it to work.

Ask yourself: 'Do I want to fix this with THIS person, or do I just want peace?'

The 'not weakness' part is what I keep forgetting in the moment.
