How do I know if I have schizoid personality disorder vs. just being very introverted?

I'm trying to figure out what's 'me' versus what's a pattern that got named. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. Stigma made me delay getting language for years. I'm done delaying. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. What would you tell someone who is tired of trying and still not ready to give up?
