What are some good discussion questions for an anxiety and depression support group?
I'm functional enough that people don't check. That's its own kind of disappearing. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I've outgrown the advice that used to work, and I don't have a replacement yet. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. I don't need a perfect answer. Even a small thing that made the next day easier would help.

What does your anxiety feel like physically? What would you tell your younger self? What has surprised you about recovering? What do you wish others understood? What are you proud of surviving?

Asking here is already a form of asking for help. That counts even if it doesn't feel like it.

If you have a specific practice that helped, I'd love the unglamorous version.

You don't owe skeptics a TED talk about your brain.

I needed this today more than I want to admit.

The thing that helped me wasn't dramatic. It was boring consistency I didn't want to admit worked.
