How do you function at work when your mental health is falling apart?
I want something that actually helps, not another inspirational paragraph. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. If this is just a bad month, I'll take that. It doesn't feel like a month. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. If you crawled out of a similar hole, I want the unglamorous version of how.

You shrink your world to today. Not this week, not this month. Just get through today.

Tell one person — just one. The isolation makes it worse.

That last line landed. I'm going to sit with it.
