I don't know how I'm going to deal with this — I feel empty for no reason.
Mornings feel like being asked to climb out of something with no handholds. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. I keep waiting to want things again. Wanting hasn't shown up on schedule. I figured if anyone would get it, it would be people here. I don't need a perfect answer. Even a small thing that made the next day easier would help.

Depression lies. It tells you there's no point and no way out. Neither is true.

Empty is depression's way of protecting you from feeling the pain. It's not nothing — it's something.
