What's the best way of getting over meaningless anxiety?
Even good days have a catch. I'm waiting for the catch. I don't even have a clean name for it. I just know it keeps running the day. Therapy helped me name it. My body didn't get the memo as fast as my vocabulary did. I keep finding essays that sound right and still don't change Tuesday morning. If you've been here, what actually helped — not what sounded wise, what helped.

Accept the possible outcomes. By ignoring a possible outcome you create another fear ('but what if it does?') — making it infinitely scary. Accepting what could happen gives you peace back.

The 3 a.m. version of my brain is a terrible narrator. Daytime me has to clean up after it.
