Questioning your sexuality is normal, and there's no timeline you're supposed to follow. This quiz offers a private, judgment-free space to reflect on your attractions and where you might currently sit on the spectrum — with the understanding that only you get to decide what any of it means.
This quiz draws on the Kinsey scale and more recent sexual orientation research, which frame attraction as a spectrum rather than a strict either/or category. It's designed for anyone reflecting on their own attractions and identity, at any stage of that process, from feeling settled in an identity to just starting to ask questions.
